The “Ruhrfutur” education initiative is dedicated to creating equal opportunities within the educational infrastructure of Germany’s Ruhr region. The approach is based on the belief that change can only happen if all of the stakeholders involved work together. A child’s educational development stretches across and beyond the limits of just one city, after all. The interactive web documentary DIE WELT VON RUHRFUTUR (The World of Ruhrfutur) shows the work of “Ruhrfutur”at various locations in the Ruhr region – and how an ambitious vision is being worked on in many small ways.
